The lanes and vintage neon sign in this basement bowling alley date to the 1940’s. The mural was painted by Warner Brothers scenic artists and represents the client’s life story.
French doors open to the Pacific Ocean in the Guest House bedroom.
The custom faux bois cabinetry and steel doors in His bath were designed by MSA.
The master bedroom features an iron and oak bed and leather TV trunk designed by MSA.
The fireplace mantle in the sitting area off the kitchen is 19th century Italian and the sofas were designed by MSA.
The kitchen cabinetry was designed by MSA and is painted in a custom colour. The backsplash is micro-mosaic stone.
The dining room features an 18th century Sicilian chandelier and an 18th century Italian worktable propped up with stones found on the property. The table and chairs were designed by MSA.
The vintage leather and wood gym bench is English and the wood frame chair and sofa were designed by MSA.
The living room features vintage lighting, a 19th century French stone mantle and custom upholstery by MSA.
